dislikes: Katherine hates it when people mess with her plans and ruin her fun.
strengths: Katherine is manipulative. She uses this to her advantage a lot. She uses both her looks and come possible compulsion to help her if needed. Also, Katherine puts herself first. People may say that she is selfish, but she does what she can to keep herself alive.
weaknesses:Stefan Salvatore would be her only weakness. She loves him, she always has and she always will. Stefan is the only person that Katherine would ever put before herself.
secrets:Katherine’s secret is that she actually cares. She is seen as a heartless woman, but she feels emotions and truly and deeply loves Stefan. She would do anything to get him back.
worst memory:Her worst memory was when she first turned into a vampire and Klaus slaughtered her family. It is clear that Katherine would have don’t anything to save them, had she have known the consequence.
best memory: Her best memories would be any time she spent with Stefan during the Italian Renaissance. He returned her love at the time and wanted to be with her, but she ruined it by pretending to die and choosing to be with both of them.

history:Katherine grew up with her family in Germany in the 1500’s. She had a sister as her only sibling and was always close to her father. It was then, years later that she became pregnant with a child out of wedlock that she began to despise her father. Once the child, a daughter, was born, Katherine’s father gave it away and forced Katherine to leave. She was disowned by her family.
After a few years of traveling through Europe, she meet Elijah and his brother Klaus. Once she found out Klaus’ plan with her, she ran, frightened and tricked Rose into feeding her blood; only to continue to run.
Taking a break from running, Katherine stayed in Italy where she met the Salvatore brothers and grew fond of them. Soon enough, fell in love with Stefan Salvatore. Time grew and she told the brothers about her true self; that she was a vampire. Eager to be with her love and his older brother, she fed them both her blood the night she was taken to the tomb.
In the present date, Katherine is hated, though she believes that Stefan still loves her. She hates Elena for taking the one she loved. She would wish for Elena’s death, but she is currently trying to get Stefan to love her again. All she can hope is for Stefan to forgive her for the past and want her in his future. [/SIZE][/ul]

Katherine sat down in one of the many seats of the Salvatore boarding house. Her elegant legs crossed and she stared down at the deep red liquid that was in the glass she held; blood. So odd how after being a vampire for over five hundred years could make one take advantage of blood. After being in the tomb for so long, she appreciated it much more, even if it wasn’t from the source.
She couldn’t remember feeling so calm and relaxed as she felt then. Of course there was the constant threat of Damon or Stefan shoving a stake through her heart, but Klaus was dead. She was free. After so many years, decades, of running, she was absolutely free. She smirked to herself. Of course she knew that she wasn’t truly welcome in this house, in this town even, but as long as she caused no harm, then they had no reason to cause her harm.
She swirled the thick liquid around the glass and a small drop landed on the shirt she wore. She cursed to herself in German and rose with a look of annoyance on her face; blood stains were always a pain. Still carrying the glass of blood,
Katherine began to walk towards the room which she momentarily clamed. As she reached the room, she gulped down the last of the blood. She couldn’t help but think of Stefan. Soon enough, she will have him. He loved her, she could tell just as she could tell that deep down, Elena not only loved Stefan, but also loved Damon. And once she realized that, Stefan would come back to Katherine. She smirked again. Another wonderful thing about being as old as she was, was that she knew how to wait for what she wanted.
